“Besides the above Mr Burnaby mentions Suburban Lot 3 Block 1 Sapperton. This lot was parted by me to Murray (RE) on a perpetual lease (I think) at a nominal rent with proviso that I could resume at any time on payment for his improvements thereon not to exceed 1000.00 Ls  No rent nor acknowledgement ?? has been received from Murray that I know of.

Mr Burnaby also mentions Suburban  Lot 2, Block 2, as mine. I am not at present aware how I became posessed of it. I have forgotten I have no ‘memo’ about it.

Also Surburban Lot 4 Block 8. I remember it was my desire to obtain both this and the above and possibly I paid for them & obtained them but I have no ‘memo’ of it.

Mr Burnaby also mentions that I posess Town Lot 20 Block 7 and Town Lot 18 Block 20 both in New Westminster. As far as I can see there are no such

“Property near New Westminster purchased by JJ Cochrane as agent for General Moody on which 1/2 payment to govt? was made.  JJ Cochrane purchased some in his own name (vide below) and the remainder in the name of W. Hood (of California) but died without transferring any of this property to Gen. Moody nor did he pay up the half payment when due.
